The financial services industry has undergone remarkable transformation owing to advances in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Financial Technology (FinTech), and digital transformation. AI technologies such as machine learning, natural language processing, predictive analytics, and generative AI are enabling organizations to automate operations, improve fraud detection, enhance customer experience, and support data-driven decision making. FinTech innovations including digital payments, blockchain, robo-advisory, peer-to-peer lending, and open banking have disrupted traditional business models and accelerated financial inclusion. This secondary research paper reviews published literature to discuss the role of AI and FinTech in transforming financial services, highlighting opportunities, challenges, and future trends.
