This study explores educators' evolving role in modern teaching practices, focusing on technology integration, student-centred learning, and collaborative innovation. Data were analysed using a structured questionnaire administered to 50 educators to examine attitudes toward role changes and factors influencing contemporary pedagogical approaches. Results reveal positive acceptance of new teaching methods, with experience influencing attitudes more than gender. The study highlights the importance of continuous professional development to support educators in adapting to a dynamic educational landscape.
