Artificial Intelligence (AI) is transforming Human Resource Management, particularly recruitment and selection. Tools such as Applicant Tracking Systems, resume screening software, chatbots, and predictive analytics help organizations automate routine tasks, cut hiring time, and support faster decision-making, while human judgment continues to guide final selection. This study examines AI's impact on recruitment efficiency and candidate quality in HR consultancy practice. A descriptive research design was used, with primary data collected from 150 HR professionals through a structured questionnaire and secondary data drawn from books, journals, and industry reports. Percentage analysis, descriptive statistics, Chi-square analysis, and One-Way ANOVA were applied. Findings show AI meaningfully improves recruitment efficiency and candidate quality by speeding up screening and supporting accurate matching. However, human recruiters remain essential for assessing communication skills, emotional intelligence, leadership potential, and cultural fit. A balanced approach combining AI with professional expertise is recommended for effective, ethical recruitment.
